| All our candles and holders are hand
made and may vary slightly in size and color. Terms: 1st
orders are credit card, C.O.D., or prepaid. Net 30 is available
with approved credit. Minimum order, $125.00. Minimum reorder, $100.00.
Shipping charges are F.O.B. Comfort, Texas 78013. Damages
should be reported to UPS or other motor freight carrier, as well
as Trilights immediately, and you should save the carton and damaged
item or items for inspection. Freight damages and/or defective merchandise
must be reported within 2 weeks or receiving shipment. Trilights
does not cover in-store breakage. We ask that you obtain prior authorizaion
before returning merchandise. Credit will not be issued for unauthorized
returns and a 25% restocking fee may be charged. Prices ae subject
to change without notice. Shipping time will usually be 3 to 5 weeks.
